SMS Terms
Effective date: September 29, 2026
These terms are for people who receive a text after a missed call through the Zybler missed-call follow-up program, operated by Eight Zero Seven LLC dba Zybler. They explain how you opt in, what messages you will get, and how to stop them.
1. Program name
These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by Eight Zero Seven LLC dba Zybler ("Zybler") through the Zybler missed-call follow-up program.
Zybler missed-call follow-up
2. What the program is
The Zybler missed-call follow-up program is operated by Eight Zero Seven LLC dba Zybler.
Zybler provides an always-on front desk for small businesses. When you call one of these businesses and they miss your call, the call may be forwarded to a Zybler number. We answer with a greeting in the business's name and take a voicemail. After your call, we send you a text about it on the business's behalf.
Zybler provides missed-call follow-up for local service businesses. When a customer calls the business's number and the call is not answered, Zybler sends one text to the caller's number to acknowledge the call and ask what they need. Any further messages are replies to the customer's own texts about their service request. No marketing or promotional messages are sent, and numbers are never purchased or shared.
This page also covers Zybler's own demo line, which prospective customers may call to see the service work. The same program rules apply.
3. Phone greeting callers hear (verbal opt-in)
When a call is not answered, callers hear this greeting before the voicemail:
Thanks for calling Zybler. By calling, you agree we may text you at this number about your call. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See zybler.com/sms-terms. This call may be recorded. Please leave a message after the tone.
On lines Zybler runs for its customers, the business's name replaces "Zybler" in that greeting (for example, "Thanks for calling [Business Name]. ...").
4. How you opt in
You opt in by calling a business that uses Zybler. Before the voicemail, the greeting above tells you that by calling, you agree we may text you at this number about your call. The greeting also tells you that the call may be recorded.
Consumers opt in by placing a call to the business's phone number themselves. If the call is not answered, the caller hears the greeting shown above. A text is sent only if the caller heard this notice, and it replies to that call only. Further texts are sent only in reply to the caller's own messages. Businesses confirm in an SMS consent checkbox on the Premium plan that texting is used only to follow up on inbound calls. Numbers are never purchased, shared or used for marketing. Where a reply tells you how to reach a person, it uses support@zybler.com.
Agreeing to receive these texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
Florida's all-party consent law, Fla. Stat. § 934.03, is why the greeting says the call may be recorded before the voicemail. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.059, are why the greeting asks for permission before a text and why this program does not send advertising.
